My cousins wedding last week...

Hello Everyone!

The pictures above is my makeup and me before I went to my cousins wedding this past weekend and wanted to share it with you! It has been years since I have worn these Mac eyelashes and i totally forgot how much I adore and love the way natural looking fake eyelashes look. I think what gives them away to being fake is the corners but oh well I love them! I think it really made my eyes pop ! Tell me what you think? Sad thing about the wedding was the love of my life wasn't with me :( he had to work but my sister came which was fun to hang out with the family! The picture below absolutely made my night at the wedding! I have not seen white jeans in forever.... and after looking at the guy it really does look like a Cali style look... The best part of this is the guys name is Jeffrey! For those of who may not know my little brothers name is Jeffrey and he has long hair and likes to be a bit weird so it was quiet humorous. Old Best Friends and my adopted sister.... CHRISTINE!

The only reason god didnt make us sisters is because one mom couldn't handle us both. 

This blog is dedicated to a child hood best friend who we have lost touch for some years and spoke a few years back but more recently. I feel compelled to blog about her! Christine and me met when we were young her mom and my mom worked together and we were so different but so alike in so many ways. We became best friends and she was officially labeled the adopted daughter as she was always with me. If you saw one of us you saw the other. We went to different schools but were still BFF until she moved away and the distance did make it easy to loose touch we kept close for a few years but teenagers years kicked in and the distance grew..... Next thing I knew she was getting married and living in Florida and had a beautiful wedding on the beach.... I was so proud of her! I was blessed to visit with her over the last few years to kinda keep up to date.  Whats special about a best friend is this it doesn't matter about the petty fights or disagreements you had..... you ALWAYS pick up like time was nothing by time between us. I love how with a best friend you don't have to explain why you haven't called. With a true best friend you hug and laugh and celebrate the good things. With a best friend you smile and joke about the good memories and the past. Seemed like we were both so happy and blessed in so many ways. I recently found out she has been blessed yet again with a little angel, a baby girl and i knew I had to reach out to her. I am so proud of her. I can recall growing up and how she always wanted to be a mom and I'm so glad her dream has finally come true. Christine I can not say How happy I am to be back in touch with you and I will always consider you my best friend and  my adopted sister. From the bottom of my heart I love you and you will always be my "Ghetto Superstar!" ( I know you remember that.)

It's the times we're so crazy,

that people think we're high.

It's the times we laugh so hard,

we can't help but cry.

It's all the inside jokes

and "remember whens".

those are all the reasons

that we're best friends.

I live for the days I can't remember with the friends I'll never forget.

Sunday Pictures!

Well hello everyone... Hope you had a good weekend and now that we are back to the work week I wanted to share with you some Sunday pictures I took. The first 3 are of my little boys Bentley and Vegas! I was being lazy in bed and they were trying to convince me to play !

These top 4 pictures are of flowers in my moms yard. She almost dug up the flower because it hasn't bloomed 3 or so years and this year it did! The pictures below are also from her yard and garden! It was a beautiful day and sat on her swing and soaked up some sunshine! Thought the pictures were beautiful and wanted to share ! Hope everyone was able to relax and enjoy the sun! 

Pictures and rants!

OK so lets first begin this blog about the NASTY weather Louisiana got yesterday! The 2 pictures above are from Carencro Louisiana where locals revived like 15 plus inches of rain! Crazy , The schools lost power, roads shut down an absolute mess! Although the weather is not sunny like the weather man predicted we will take the gloom without the rain! 

Awwe this is my Bentley or how I like to call him my Love Muffin he was my first dog! This is his favorite way to sleep! How cute!

This is my second baby my little Vegas! Vegas is spoiled he loves to cuddle and he is either going 100 miles an hour or zero and sleeping nothing in between. He loves to sleep on blankets and pillows. I covered him up and he snuggled tight! He's my little potato because he is bigger that Bentley and they are only 1 month apart in age.

Saw the picture above on my Instagram and felt it totally described the weather well and funny! 

Ok so here is my rant...... the item on the left is a kindle fire tablet the item on the right is the new Samsung Note..... Need I say more! There is no ungodly reason why the phone needs to almost the size of the tablet! The phone was for a coworker and we felt we needed to discuss at work few weeks ago! We kept saying ok we are back in 1980's when the phones were huge! Can you imagine putting that next to your ear! Wait how about putting it in your pocket? Or even worse putting it in case and wearing on your belt ? Um I think not I don't want a computer on my hip! I feel like this first its extremely pricey.... and its huge you should either get a phone or a tablet and combining them although some might disagree with me seems a bit crazy! It is light weight and slimmer than iPhone but I wasn't impressed. The stylist that seemed so cool to color with totally failed. I am an iPhone lover and can't imagine having to deal with the lag time of an android phone. I like that its fully customizable but that's about all that impresses me.

The 2 pictures above are my simple Tuesday eye makeup. I opted for a much softer Urban Decay Pink with NYX eyeliner in grey and mascara and light blush. I was quite impressed on how long my eyelashes look and wanted to share!

Monday Makeup and Random Pictures!

The 3 pictures above are Monday's makeup! Its a maroone and chocloate brown with a bit of shimmer.

Saw this car driving to work at the hotel Saturday morning! The reason I took this picture is because I was like WTF really.... someone must be cocky! Hard for me to respect a CPA like that! What do you think ?

This picture is a bit blurry but my dog Vegas is starring at the toy on top pf the microwave! They ripped a hole in it so I took it away until I can repair so its on top of the microwave and Vegas saw it and sat there for over an hour! I think he thought i would give in and give it to him.
